CORNER encompasses hotel rooms, rental apartments, and private residences. And they all belong to people—those living between Vilnius and other cities, between engaging activities and travels.
After acquiring the previously operating hotel, the creative real estate development company reefo applied an innovative accommodation approach, gathered a team of creators, and created cozy living spaces of various types as well as creative and inviting spaces for city dwellers: to meet for coffee, conversation, healthy lunch, or a cocktail. We are here not only for CORNER residents and guests, but we also invite the community of Naujamiestis to discover CORNER and contribute to various activities.

Live Surrounded by Art and Creators!
By choosing to stay at CORNER, you will have a ‘creative corner’ in Naujamiestis. We are far from only thinking about the design of hotel spaces or the wittily sharp tongue drawn by artist Ieva Rojūtė on the bistro walls. Looking around – CORNER is located in the most creative loft district corner.
Naujamiestis is interesting, creative, unpretentious, and accessible. Here, we capture and hear its atmosphere: where concrete meets a blooming plant, where coffee is drunk with ideas, where strangers become like-minded, and creativity is a daily occurrence. CORNER warmly welcomes those visitors to Vilnius whose hearts beat in sync with Naujamiestis, who want to experience life with locals, just 15 minutes away from the most relevant places—everything is just around the corner. Cafés favored by Vilnius residents, artists’ studios, the opportunity to work in the ‘Vinted’ office café, a yoga studio with sunset views, or the trendiest music bar.

Behind all ideas and decisions are people and stories—we tell and communicate them personally. In the spaces of CORNER, artists’ works uniquely blend into the space and invite dialogue.
In redesigning the common areas, we collaborated with the interior design studio ‘Another Studios’. According to the designers, the concrete district where CORNER is located has a functional strictness, so in the CORNER spaces that have retained an industrial identity in places, the designers introduced soft, patterned vintage furniture, cozy lamps, curtains, created relaxation areas, and colored the sun’s rays creating a stained glass. And although the design identity of CORNER is striking, it also invites you to calm down, retreat from the city’s hustle and rhythm—this contrast between outdoor and indoor spaces was very important to us.
Open to Art and Creators
reefo is actively involved in the art field—the developer is a patron of the Contemporary Art Centre and the Sapieha Palace, and also integrates artworks and art experiences into the spaces of developed projects.
It is joked that the loft district, of which CORNER is a part, has the most artists who have represented Lithuania at the Venice Art Biennale. By opening spaces to creators, the bistro wall became a huge, specially created witty artwork ‘On the Tip of the Tongue’ by artist Ieva Rojūtė for CORNER. In the hotel corridors and rooms hang photographs by Ignas Maldus and illustrations by Karolis Strautniekas, in meeting rooms—collaborations with STUDIO PLAYGROUND studio in Stockholm that open the flow of creative thoughts and other ideas.
