FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS GUIDE
Dear Guests!
Please observe the fire safety rules:
- Do not leave electric heaters, kettles, irons, or water heaters switched on in the room.
- When leaving the room, switch off the television and lights.
- Please note that it is dangerous to cover floor and table lamps with flammable materials.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
- Cigarettes and cigarette butts must be disposed of only in designated containers.
- Do not bring into or store in the room materials that could cause a fire.
In case of fire in your room:
- Immediately report it by calling the emergency number 112.
- If you cannot extinguish the source of the fire yourself, leave the room and close the door; do not lock it.
- Be sure to inform the front desk about the fire.
- Move away from the danger area and follow the instructions of the administration or firefighters.
If the fire is not in your room:
- Immediately report it by calling the emergency number 112.
- Leave your room after closing the windows and door.
- If the corridors and stairwells are filled with smoke and you cannot evacuate the building, stay in your room and open the windows wide.
- Tightly closed doors can protect you for an extended period from dangerous heat and smoke.
- To avoid smoke inhalation, cover gaps and ventilation ducts with towels or bedding moistened with water, and notify the administration of your room number or location by phone at +370 5 210 2361.
- When the firefighters arrive at the scene, go to the window and signal for help.
