internal regulations
These rules are mandatory for all Corner Hotel Guests, regardless of their age.
- Service prices are published on the website www.cornerhotel.lt. The hotel reserves the right to change the list of available services or their prices without prior notice.
- Individuals can pay in cash (EUR) or by bank credit cards. Please inform the hotel reception during registration if you require an invoice.
- During registration, when filling out and signing the registration card, the Guest must present an identity document.
- During registration, the hotel requests a credit card and freezes a security deposit, which is returned to the guest after departure. If this is not possible, the guest must provide the amount set by the hotel in cash, which will be returned upon departure. Penalties for smoking, damage to hotel property, or other losses incurred by the hotel are deducted from this deposit and are non-refundable.
- Only registered and paid individuals may reside and stay overnight in the hotel room.
- Check-in for individual guests is from 2:00 PM, check-out is by 12:00 PM (check-out for groups is by 11:00 AM).
- Parents or accompanying adults assume full responsibility for the health, safety, appropriate behavior, and adherence to these rules of children under 16 years and persons with disabilities residing in the hotel.
- For your safety, surveillance cameras are installed in the hotel’s common areas.
- For your peace of mind, please leave valuables in the hotel safe located at the reception. The hotel is not responsible for items left by guests.
- Material liability is provided for damage caused (assessed by the hotel administration).
- A fine of 200 EUR is imposed for intentionally causing a fire hazard – pressing the button, dismantling or damaging fire detectors.
- For your convenience, we kindly ask you to report any technical or equipment malfunctions to the hotel reception, and the issues will be promptly addressed.
- Corner Hotel is a non-smoking area. Please kindly smoke only in designated areas. Smoking in rooms or near open windows is prohibited. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a charge of 60 EUR per day for additional room cleaning with special products.
- Please kindly return the key to the hotel administrator upon departure. If the key is lost, a key replacement fee of 15 EUR will be charged to your account.
- No refunds are given for unused, ordered services.
- Rooms are cleaned daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and when the guest is not in the room. Bed linen, towels, and bathrobes are changed every 3 days. If desired more frequently, the service is chargeable. The towel change fee is 6 EUR. The bed linen change fee is 20 EUR.
- Quiet hours in the hotel are from 10 PM to 6 AM. Please respect your neighbors’ rest. If anything disturbs your rest, please inform the hotel reception. +370 5 210 2361.
- Emergency medical services (EMS) – primary level service – is free. Call No. 112 or contact the reception at tel. +370 5 210 2361.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry or service to individuals intoxicated by alcohol or narcotics, individuals whose behavior may disrupt public order, pose a danger to themselves or other Guests’ safety, hygiene, or contradict socially accepted norms of behavior. In such cases, no refunds are given.
- If the guest does not vacate the room by 2:00 PM and cannot be contacted, or if the guest maliciously fails to pay for services provided and does not vacate the room at the administration’s request, the administration reserves the right to move the items in the room to other secure premises in the hotel.
- Items left in the hotel are stored for 3 months and then destroyed.
- The hotel administration reserves the right to enter a guest-occupied room to ensure safety.
