Cancellation / prepayment
Reservations can be cancelled or modified in accordance with the Corner Hotel cancellation policy as stated during the reservation process.
Cancellation policies are displayed during the reservation process and are listed in the confirmation email you receive upon confirming your reservation.
In case of late cancellation or Now Show, the hotel has a right to charge your credit card supplied during the reservation for a minimum of one night's room charge.
Child policies
Children under 3 years stay free of charge. Baby cot is available free of charge upon request. It is subject to availability.
Children aged 4 years and above are considered adults at this property.
Age restriction
The minimum age for check-in is 18 years old.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Smoking in the rooms and public areas is prohibited. Upon breach of this provision a fine of 100 EUR applies.
Payment
Cards accepted at this hotel: MasterCard/Visa/Maestro/cash.
Self-check in
By booking you confirm your obligation to make payments to the Hotel for any services ordered by you after receiving the payment links sent by the Hotel. Payment should be made not later than 24 hours till your arrival day. By booking a room on the day of arrival, payment for services must be made at the time of booking.
You must authorize your payment card immediately after booking, but in any case, no later than before arrival at the Hotel for the stay. You will be able to do so by following a link sent by the Hotel. After authorizing the payment card, the Hotel will have the right to deduct the funds payable to the Hotel directly from your payment card.
If the booking amount is not paid within the deadline, the Hotel has the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation.
Check-in time is from 14:00 and Check-out time is until 12:00. In case You do not check-out until 12:00, You will be charged a one-day Hotel rate. If You are late to check-out, please contact the reception.
By using the entrance door code, you agree with the hotel right to charge the corresponding amount of money from Your bank card for any unexpected costs (such as damaged Hotel belongings etc.).
Other
Тhe hotel rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen is changed every 3 days or at the request of the guest.
The hotel does not take the responsibility for the valuables left in your room.
The hotel does not take the responsibility for the vehicle and for belongings left in the vehicle at the hotel parking area.
